Planting Plan

Following approval of the Presentation Plan we would then move on to the design of the overall planting plan if required. The estimate for this fee is calculated once the Outline Plan has been agreed and is submitted with the Presentation Plan. Again, a 50% deposit for this plan is required on commission, with the balance payable on receipt of the plan.

Once all plans have been approved by the client, quotes need to requested from landscape contractors of either the clients choice or those recommended by the designer. A detailed specification document needs to be prepared for the contractors to help them with these estimates. The cost of this document would be included with the estimate for the Planting Plan on receipt of the Presentation Plan. Some projects may also require detailed construction drawings, but this is often not necessary.
