Survey

A land survey usually needs to be carried out to determine the size of the garden, gradient and soil structure and pH. This survey can be undertaken by Michelle Maxwell Garden Design, depending on the size of the garden, or by an external surveyor. The survey costs would be included in the written estimate above if the survey is to be performed by the designer.
