Written Estimate for Design Fees

As part of the above consultation process a written brief is provided, outlining the main objectives of the garden project, together with a written estimate for design fees to produce the required plans. The estimate will vary depending on the work to be carried out. For example, a full project would entail an Outline Plan, a Presentation Plan with some construction detail and a Planting Plan. Options for Project Management, plant sourcing and planting are also available. Should the client decide to go ahead with a commission a 50% deposit would be payable (the balance being payable on receipt of the final plan(s)). The estimates for a planting plan and any further work would be produced later on once an outline plan has been approved.
